AB-CHMINACA solution is a designer drug that was discovered in 2013 in synthetic cannabis blends found in Japan. It was the third most prevalent synthetic cannabinoid found in substances that the Drug Enforcement Administration confiscated in 2018.

A 2009 Pfizer patent describes the (S)-enantiomer of ADB-FUBINACA, which has been found to be a strong agonist of the CB1 and CB2 receptors with EC50 values of 1.2 nM and 3.5 nM, respectively. Like SDB-001 and STS-135, ADB-FUBINACA has a carboxamide group at the 3-indazole position.
