BUY JWH-307 CRYSTAL
BUY JWH-307 CRYSTAL is a cannabinoid agonist that functions as a CB1 and CB2 receptor analgesic and is used in scientific studies. The CB2 subtype is selectively affected, as seen by the Ki values of 7.7 nM at CB1 and 3.3 nM at CB2. In 2012, JWH-307 was found to be a component of synthetic cannabis smoking mixtures, first in Germany. JWH 307 5?-The cannabimimetic JWH 307 (J211800), analogue of isomer, potently activates the peripheral CB2 receptor and the central CB1 receptor (Ki = 7.7 and 3.3 nM, respectively). For both CB1 (Ki = 7.7 nM) and CB2 (Ki = 3.3 nM), JWH-307 had affinities that are similar to those of the conventional cannabinoid.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
JWH-250 or (1-pentyl-3-(2-methoxyphenylacetyl)indole) is an analgesic chemical from the phenylacetylindole family that acts as a cannabinoid agonist at both the CB1 and CB2 receptors, with a Ki of 11 nM at CB1 and 33 nM at CB2. Unlike many of the older JWH series compounds, this compound does not have a naphthalene ring, instead occupying this position with a 2-methoxyphenylacetyl group, making JWH-250 a representative member of a new class of cannabinoid ligands. Other 2-substituted analogues, such as the methyl, chloro and bromo compounds, are also active and somewhat more potent.
